    It is very easy the place and confirm an order with Lighting Majestic. You simply: • Select the product of interest • Click "Add to basket" • Amend the quantity of the product as required • Click ‘Checkout’ • Enter your address details • Confirm that you have read our Terms and Conditions • Enter your credit/debit details • Click "Continue" to charge your card.  You will receive an email confirming full details of your transaction.

    Purchasing online with Lighting Majestic is safe and secure. Our site has up to date security software to ensure all payment and personal details are secure throughout your shopping experience with us.  Card details are never stored on our server.

  9. How much does delivery cost?
    Orders over £75.00 are delivered FREE to mainland UK. Orders under £75.00 carry a small fee of £7.95. Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Channel Isles & Scottish Isles/Highlands carry an additional charge. Please call us directly on 01384 825906 for further details.

  10. How long will it take to deliver my order?
    Items that are in stock will be despatched the NEXT working day. Our standard delivery terms are to despatch with 5 – 7 working days. Occasionally it may take longer for special orders or out of stock items. In this instance you will be contacted and given the opportunity to accept the revised delivery schedule or cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

  11. What is I am not at home when my delivery arrives?
    Parceline/DPD will be delivering your order. If you are not at home when your delivery arrives the courier will leave a card containing their contact details. You will then be able to arrange for an alternative delivery or collect from your local depot.

  12. What if I do not like the item when I receive it and would like to return it?
    Any items to be returned due to unsuitability must be returned at the expense of the customer by registered means, the item must be in its original packaging and must not have been fitted/installed in any way. Notifications of items to be returned due to unsuitability should notify Lighting Majestic within 7 working days. Any goods collected by Lighting Majestic due to unsuitability will incur a charge of £16.99.

  13. I have received my order and the item is damaged, what do I do?
    We ask that you please advise us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods if your item is damaged. In the event that goods are damaged you will be provided with a part to rectify the damage or sent a replacement. Damaged goods will be collected by our carrier at our expense.

  14. I have received my order and the item is faulty, what do I do?
    Any faults must be notified within 7 days of receipt. If the item is faulty a replacement will be issued, and the faulty goods collected by our carrier at our expense. Lighting Majestic Ltd will not be liable for any costs incurred due to faulty goods or shortages such as electricians’ fees.

  15. If I see a lighting product I like on another website could you provide me with this item?
    As a company we provide lighting products from many different manufacturers/suppliers. If you have a query in relation to products you have seen elsewhere please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss further.

  16. How do your items sold online compare to items sold on the High Street?
    Lighting Majestic prides itself on selecting quality products for provision to its customers. All of our products are excellent quality, competitively priced for the online marketplace.

    At Lighting Majestic we appreciate the importance of privacy and security surrounding your personal information. The information collected is used to fulfil orders and is not shared with third parties.
