Tiffany Wall Lights

There are a number of wall lights in the Tiffany range available here, some with coiling stems, others set flush against the wall. The shades on offer are the same as the ceiling light range, so you can create a matched appearance for formality or ‘pick and mix’ for variety. There are three Tiffany wall lights available from Lighting Majestic which would look amazing as a group down a long hallway, these are; Dragonfly, Butterfly and Peonies. They are the same basic uplighter shape and with their very obvious floral and garden theme would make a real statement, especially if teamed with an art nouveau border on the wall either along the skirting board or the picture rail. The Dragonfly concept is also available as a more traditionally shaped wall light with a sinuous bracket, with either one or two lamps.

Tiffany wall lights make very attractive decorative items whether they are lit or not, but when the light is on they enhance the warmth and ambience of the whole wall on which they are fitted. As an alternative to pictures, they are very effective, as they don’t date and they make a difference to the whole room. The colours in a Tiffany wall light coupled with the complex patterns (for example Noble or Jessamine in particular) look good all day. Some of the lights in the range are based more on the Deco look than art nouveau and these are very effective in a more austere setting, but if your room is traditional you shouldn’t be put off using the more cubist shapes. They are so iconic they go with any furnishing choices and they have colours to fit with practically anything. Ophelia in particular has a beautiful opalescent shade which relies on its texture and natural shading as well as the excellent build quality by the manufacturers, Oaks, to give an extremely stylish finish.

All Tiffany lights are designed for eco-friendly bulbs which effectively disappear behind the myriad colours and extravagant decoration of the whole range. Eco-friendly bulbs these days come in all shapes and sizes and the great thing about them of course is their lifespan, which can be measured in tens of years, rather than months light previous types of bulb. This will allow you to enjoy these marvellous pieces, fully illuminated, for much longer.
